Cancellation & Refund Policy
Sometimes a broadcast gets interrupted.
When that happens, we make sure the cut is clean, fair to both sides, with no static left behind.
Cancellations:

Cancel within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund.

After 24 hours, cancellation is not guaranteed, production or shipping may have already started.

However, Be assured we'll try to cancel the order if not shipped. The signal exists for you.
Refunds:

Issued only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Email transmit@ghostsignal.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include clear photos of the issue.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Not eligible for refund:

Change of mind.

Delays caused by couriers or customs.

International orders held by customs.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
